More Celebrity News ►► 🤍 In case you missed it, YouTuber Gabi DeMartino recently uploaded an Ariana Grande parody video online, and to say Ari fans were unimpressed would be, well, a HUGE understatement. In the video, Gabi is seen dressing like Ari, doing her makeup like Ari, and even laughing like Ari (or trying to), and despite claiming to be a big fan of the “No Tears Left to Cry” singer, the comments on the video were flooded with hate from Arianators. One person on Twitter wrote, QUOTE, “Gabi is still trying to be Ariana,” with another fan saying, QUOTE, “that gabi girl been trying to be a carbon copy cat of ariana for YEARS now. It’s not cute, it’s creepy.” WOW. For a minute, it even seemed like Ari agreed. How do we know? Well, she took to Twitter herself to react to the video, saying, QUOTE, “yea this ain’t it.” After Ariana sent her shady tweet, it wasn’t all that surprising that Arianators dragged Gabi even harder, so much so that it even hurt her feelings. Gabi responded to the hate saying, QUOTE, “I mean all she saw was that weird Harry Potter scene from the video but now the whole fandom (which im apart of) is tearing me apart. my heart is being ripped out this isn’t fair.” That’s not all, though! Once Ari realized that Gabi was getting a ton of hate, she hopped on Twitter to say that her initial tweet was only a joke. Ari wrote, QUOTE, “I was just being funny I knew they’d laugh at that my bad babe. It’s all love here, u know that. Ayo but next time can you wear more neutral tones and not do the cat laugh. jk.” So, what do you guys think? THANK U, NEXT Well... it has been a WEEK if i've ever seen one. This was not really the plan I had for my first video back after a 2.5 year hiatus but HERE WE ARE. It ain’t lookin’ pretty… Last night’s breaking news that Camila Cabello decided to part ways with Fifth Harmony didn’t come as quite a shock to many Harmonizers, however, many claims are now surfacing stating that although the rest of the band knew about her plans to eventually call it quits, they were never really thrilled with her solo endeavors. A source told People Magazine, that the band had QUOTE, “not gotten along in a long time. Camila never made it a secret she planned to do her own thing eventually, and the other girls resented her for it.” Another source has also come forward with a counter-statement saying that even though they found out from Camila’s reps and not her, they didn’t have a problem with her side songs. They said QUOTE, “That was never their issue because they all have solo projects in the works. The girls will be making huge announcements for the group and their solo endeavors in January.” Due to all the back-and-forth arguments, many Harmonizers have taken it upon themselves to do the dirty work, as its already been confirmed that Fifth Harmony’s verified Twitter account already unfollowed Camila immediately following their public statement, but many are claiming that Fifth Harmony’s management had more to do with her decision to quit than wanting to be a solo act. In a leaked audio clip between what appears to be Lauren and Ally, Lauren claims that she feels the group is being worked to the ground like ‘literal slaves’, suggesting that the band’s management was most of the contributing factor to Camila’s decision than anything else… Fans also dug up another video of a Fifth Harmony Q&A when a fan asked for advice for aspiring musicians looking to get into the industry, when Lauren shot out a not-so-subtle response… BUT Camila Cabello has since broken her silence JUST this morning, putting all those rumors to rest with her own response to Fifth Harmony’s statement, claiming that the group’s Twitter account posted the statement without her knowing. In the lengthy letter posted to Camila’s Twitter account, she talks about her immense gratitude for the band and the opportunities that she’s been given, but that QUOTE, “I was shocked to read the statement the Fifth Harmony account posted without my knowing. The girls were aware of my feelings through the long, much needed conversations about the future that we had during tour. Saying that they were simply informed through my representatives is simply not true.” She also admits that she and the girls have had many conversations about their futures and that she never intended to leave off like this with the group. Camila ended her statement with nothing but love for the fans and what they’ve given her, also saying that she hopes to see everyone on her new journey. More Celebrity News ►► 🤍 Demi Lovato is breaking down the walls and giving fans a glimpse into her real life in the emotional new trailer for her documentary Simply Complicated, so watch out world. The Camp Rock anthem “This Is Me” has never seemed more fitting, because, in Demi’s words, if there’s one thing she’ll never stop doing, it’s being honest. If you thought you’ve heard it all via Demi Lovato’s interviews, song lyrics, and 140-character tweets, according to her documentary trailer, all those things barely scratched the surface – just this morning Demi took to Twitter to tease that she was cooking something up for her fans, and after dropping the two-and-a-half minute trailer for her upcoming YouTube documentary Simply Complicated, we’ve got questions. Like, a lot of them. Following in the footsteps of other celebs who’ve released documentaries into their most personal lives, like Katy Perry and more recently Lady Gaga, Demi previously stated that the documentary will answer a lot of unanswered questions over the years, including her sexuality. She’s previously said that when she’s ready to talk about it, she wants it to be on her own terms, saying QUOTE, “I like to keep my personal life as private as possible when it comes to dating and sexuality and all that stuff just because it has nothing to do with my music. Unfortunately, we live in a world where everyone is trying to get that soundbite and I am purposefully not giving the soundbite. Watch my documentary.” The trailer then hints at Demi’s relationship trouble when someone asks why she thinks her relationship failed, and by the looks of it, the tea is bound to be spilled. The documentary will also tackle Demi’s struggle with her quick rise to fame, her previous battle with addiction and her ongoing road to recovery, all of which she’s previously touched on, but probably nothing like the Demi you’ve seen before. The full movie drops on YouTube October 17th, so ya’ll better be prepared with all the popcorn and tissues. It’s Sussan Mourad here with Clevver News and with Selena Gomez’s album Rare coming out this Friday, she did an in depth cover story interview with the Wall Street Journal. But it wasn’t just Selena that the WSJ talked to for the piece, the outlet also got Taylor Swift to speak about Selena and their 13-year friendship. And that’s no small feat in this industry. Just like relationships, friendships in Hollywood can be fickle and fleeting. So after 13 years of friendship for Selena and Taylor, we have no choice but to stan. The article reveals just how deep and special their friendship is and how closely Taylor understands what Selena has gone through these past few years. It dives into her heartbreak with Justin Bieber, struggles with lupus, and mental health issues. Selena told the Wall Street Journal she has been working with therapists for six years. She said quote, “I realized that there was a way to get help and to find people that you trust. I got on the right medication, and my life has been completely changed.” And Sel and Tay talked about how they became close when they were both dating Jonas Brothers. We all remember when Taylor was dating Joe and Selena was with Nick. Selena said quote, “We clicked instantly and, man, that was my girl.” And all these years later she still is. Taylor talked about why she’s so protective of Selena and their friendship. And TBH we all need a friend like Taylor. She said quote, “There has always been this quality of sisterhood, and I don’t say that in a basic way. I knew from when I met her I would always have her back. In my life, I have the ability to forgive people who have hurt me. But I don’t know if I can forgive someone who hurts her.” And we’ve seen Taylor in action on this one. One example of this is when Taylor made headlines this summer for liking a Tumblr post that called out Justin Bieber for cheating on Selena amid her own Scooter Braun drama. It was subtle and obvious all at the same time, and that’s why we love Taylor. And while it’s no secret that Selena and Taylor are BFF’s, Selena explained that as much as we’ve seen them on red carpets together and at each other’s shows, she and Taylor really became close in private. Selena said quote, “We both went through sh*t at the same time. She taught me a lot about how I should be treated at a young age.” And we’ve seen some of this on Selena’s IG stories lately. She’s been posting throwbacks from her year, some of which include some never before seen cozy hangouts with Taylor and her cats. But this is where things get emotional, honestly. Selena continued on and said quote, “There’s so much of my friendship with Taylor that people don’t know about because we don’t necessarily feel the need to post about everything we do. She has showed up for me in ways that I would have never expected.” And Taylor has always gone above and beyond for her girl. Selena said she’s quote, “Flown in because I was hurt and was going through something. Stuff that was going on with my family. It’s been proven year after year and in every moment of my life that she is one of my best friends in the world. We don’t agree on everything, but we respect each other with everything.” Like I said, these two are friendship GOALS. And if that wasn’t enough to make you start printing out Selena and Taylor pics to hang all over your room, Selena talked about how Taylor helped her prepare for the release of ‘Rare’. She said Taylor saw how much the music helped her heal. Selena said quote, “I remember Taylor said when I played her some of the new songs, ‘I feel like I’m seeing who you were before this [the Justin Bieber heartbreak and everything].’ That makes me happy. She confidently captioned the celebratory photo, “Thank you for all of my bday love. I couldn't be more blessed. A lot of you don't realize how much you mean to me. I. Love. And full disclosure, when I say world cant’ stop searching, I’m 100% referring to myself and I’m not sorry. I’m a hard hitting journalist and this is my job. At this point every Tay fan out there knows that the singer is very well known for turning her releases into full on mystery-filled works of art and right now we’re going to break down 7 things you might’ve missed from her Look What You Made Me do music vid because you (like me) were probably too busy picking up your jaw off the puddle of drool it was on the ground. First things first I should let you know many of these moments are Taylor flashing back to being herself at various moments in time. So let’s kick it off at the beginning – our first moment is the opening moment from the video when Taylor literally claws her dead self out from the ground, immediately giving us all kinds of Out of the Woods vibes, but that’s pretty much nothing when you take a look at this second moment of pure wildness. Check out this headstone that right behind Tay in the graveyard which reads Nils Sjoberg – aka the fake name Tay used when she wrote This is What You Came for with her ex bf Calvin Harris…safe to say that relationship is super dead, as in six feet under. Not too long after this moment, we see dead corpsy Taylor sporting her 2014 Met Gala gown – so she’s dead too I guess? But now, let’s move on to the multiple cat references and the cheeta print clothing galore which of course everyone is saying is 100% aimed at katy-kat queen Katy Perry. Our 4th moment is Taylor in this fancy car with a cheeta. In other funny moments, we see Tay at moment 5, wearing her bad blood video costume with a huge squad reference on the jumbo tron – obviously a jab at her infamous squad, created for the popular music video. Then we’ve gotta talk about number 6 and babe of all babe Todrick who along with all the other dancers is wearing an I heart TS crop top, a very clear jab at Tom Hiddleston who wore a shirt with the same phrase on it at Tay’s 4th of July party a few years back and the entire world lost it’s mind. Then at the end of the video, all hell breaks loose and every Taylor we’ve ever seen ever pops up and we’re gonna make this a huge power-packed number 7 – we see You Belong With Me Tay wearing a shirt with all her besties names on it including Selena Gomez, Blake Lively and Gigi Hadid just to name a few. That TS if followed up by Taylor making fun of herself for always looking so surprised which I really kind of loved and then we see Fearless Taylor, Red Taylor, 2009 VMA Taylor. It’s literally everything and honestly we haven’t even truly had time to process this entire experience. It’ll probably take months.
